Jim Leonard, President, has been involved in residential homebuilding since 1982. Jim is a 1978 graduate of Texas Tech University. Currently Jim serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association as Vice President- Treasurer. He also co-chairs the Government Affairs Committee. Jim is on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Builders and is an alternate director for the National Association Of Home Builders. Jim has been recognized several times as an award recipient from both the local and state associations.
Michael St. John, Vice President of Construction, has been involved in the building industry for most of his life. He has an intimate knowledge of all aspects of building fine quality homes. Originally from Michigan, he relocated to Texas several years ago. Michael has received recognition from the San Antonio Builders Association for going "Above and Beyond" in 2006. Michael's hands on approach to each home ensures that Greenboro Homes' purchasers receive the benefits of his involvement, and attention to detail during each step of the way.
